So today on the podcast, we have a chunky news and analysis episode.

We'll take a look at Disney's largest live-action franchises and how recent films are creating

a context for upcoming attractions in the American Disney parks.

We'll also take a look at problems bubbling up around the Mando and Grogu film and how that

relates to the re-theme of Smugglers' Run.

We'll talk about how the current worldwide box office for Fire and Ash, which will likely be

the lowest of the three Avatar films, now sets up an unusual context for that proposed

new Avatar land in DCA, and we'll take a look at how both the upcoming MCU films and the upcoming

Avengers e-ticket attraction at DCA might both be pressing the exact same

reset button to possibly bring us back to the realm of Thanos and then essentially retconning

away from some Marvel films and series from the last few years to softly restart the brand in a space much closer to end

game. In all of this now, we'll begin our monthly explorations of news stories trying to figure

out how these things we are seeing today will pave an interesting path forward for Disney

films, streaming series, and of course the parks.
