0:53.3	And I would say so much about meditation practice is maybe like opening up to different

1:02.8	It's not our usual way of maybe interacting or feeling into our experience.
1:14.2	And there's this way also like maybe the rhythms of poetry
1:17.6	have this beauty to it that maybe our regular self-speech
1:22.8	or the speech that we do with others
1:25.9	is not... it's different i'm looking over this is i'm looking over
1:34.3	the chats to make sure that everything is okay yes okay here we go okay so the poem for today prescription for the disillusioned, the same one as it was yesterday, and I'll talk about it again differently today.
