So as all of you know, it's customary for human beings to go through a cycle of being awake

and then going to sleep. And most of people sleep at night. Sleeping at night is refreshing,

healing, generally, that, so that people wake up and they're awake for the next day

for a while. Some people find it useful to have a Sabbath, have a day off, or two days off, a weekend off, from work.

If all we did was work all the time, it would be exhausting, or we would stay in one mode all the

time that would not give us a chance to recover.

Some people need to have time off from other people.

Some people are introverts more like.

And so if they need some time alone just to recover from people

so they can be fresh to come out.

Some people find it useful to take a vacation. so they can be fresh to come out.

Some people find it useful to take a vacation that if they haven't taken a vacation from work for a long time,

they can feel tired, they feel stressed,

they feel like they're losing their enthusiasm

and just hard to keep going.

But then after some days, a week of vacation,

it might feel refreshed and ready and have the energy and inspiration

to give themselves over to it.

So this rhythm of putting something down and then picking it up is part of human life.
