Hello everyone.

So there was an Indian, a post in the teacher by the name of Munindraji.

I met him once in Kalkara, an important teacher for many of my teachers.

And he was fond of saying that if it's not simple, it's not Vipassana.

If it's not simple, it's not mindfulness.

And this idea that we're doing something very simple when we do this practice of mindfulness

is something that I think we can never hear enough.

It's so easy to hear the instructions.

From some points of view, the instructions are kind of elaborate.

All these details on different things you can do.

And then you're supposed to pay attention to your breathing now or to the body or to the emotions or thoughts.

And I'm supposed to focus close in.

I'm supposed to open up and be wide.

Am I supposed to do meta instead?

I should probably be doing more acceptance of the moment.

Or maybe I should maybe be able to focus on the hindrances.

Or then there's the five faculties.

And then there's the four noble truths.

And it goes on and on.

It's far from simple.
