And these are this non-clinging is a synonym for liberation, for freedom, kind of a spiritual

And the symptom or the indication of non-clinging that I'd like to emphasize today is simplicity.

Clinging is complicated.

Clinging involves a whole background of conditioning, beliefs of desires of wishes of relationship

to other people of memory of projection into the future,

clinging can involve a complicated world.

Non-clinging is simple.

It's the absence of clinging. And in that absence, an absence of that immense

complicated edifice that keeps clinging in place. So when we learn to not cling, when we learn to let go, when we become

free of clinging, we can feel that things become simpler in ourselves.

The world around us may remain complicated.

And the end and but to have a through line that runs

through how we engage in the world be an inner sense of simplicity.

And of course we have to deal with many things that are complicated,

but one way that helps that is to simply do one thing at a time.
