2:10.9 | at all. It's as if my whole system, attentional system, is opening the arms wide and stepping forward to be more connected, more |
2:21.7 | present for whatever experience I'm having. And using this question, what, what is it, |
2:29.2 | and a sense of receptivity that can follow from that, |
2:37.3 | and getting closer, letting it be more intimate, |
2:44.2 | is making a choice about how it's useful to be present. |
2:49.9 | And to track that choice to see, is this forward leading? |
2:53.5 | Does this help me be more present? Does it help me be more centered here? Does it help me to be more connected and to develop greater clarity of attention |
3:01.7 | and clarity of knowing what's happening in the moment? All these kinds of questions can be done kind of, you know, somewhat without a lot of thought. |
