| 1:07.0 | And so yesterday I talked about how there's a strong naturalistic orientation in how I want |
| 1:20.3 | how I teach and how I practice that there's an orientation perspective that |
| 1:31.5 | there is a natural functioning within us that benefits us, that |
| 1:40.8 | we're tapping into and allowing to move through us and allowing to awaken us in us. |
| 1:47.0 | That as we orient towards suffering and the end of suffering as we free ourselves from fixed ideas and fixed views that |
| 2:01.0 | it gives room for this natural functioning of ourselves to to function to operate and |
| 2:09.7 | just like if you keep your cut clean, |
| 2:13.8 | it allows a natural functioning of the body healing |
| 2:18.0 | to heal the cut. |
| 2:21.2 | Just as some of the ways in which our hearts get broken, if similar, it kind of metaphorically we keep the heart clean, we don't interfere with its own natural working, |
| 2:32.6 | give room for it, get room for the pain. |
| 2:35.9 | There is a natural kind of healing or movement |
| 2:38.9 | towards health that the heart knows what to do, better than our thinking mind or engineering mind |
| 2:45.6 | our mind trying to figure out or trying to understand and so to sit in |
| 2:50.8 | meditation and get out of our own way. |
