1:27.6	familiar with the band of brothers series which chronicles the World War II history of the
1:31.5	101st Airborne Division as they fought against tyranny in Europe. Today's story, Devil Dogs,
1:38.0	from Guadalcanal to the shores of Japan by Saul David, chronicles the bitter struggle of
1:43.0	K-Company, Third Battalion, Fifth Marines from the first ground battle in the Pacific with the
1:48.4	Japanese Guadalcanal in 1942 to the bitter fighting in Okinawa in 1945. Four years of the toughest
1:56.3	fighting in World War II under the worst possible conditions. Off their Saul David has written
2:02.4	a masterpiece here, drawing from the accounts of K-Company veterans and others in the Third Battalion,
