0:00.0 | Hey, welcome back to the Personality Hacker Podcast. My name is Joe Mark Witt. |
0:07.0 | And I'm Antonia Dodge. |
0:09.0 | We are on podcast number two of a short podcast series we're doing on on Now if you're unfamiliar with that, my recommendation is you go check out the |
0:23.2 | podcast we just recently did on the car model and then also on the |
0:27.5 | resistances we have to developing our co-pilot. We're not gonna spend a lot of |
0:32.3 | time establishing what that means. |
0:35.4 | What we're really talking about is each personality type has a series of cognitive functions |
0:41.0 | or mental processes that they favor, which is the building block for the personality type. |

1:53.8 | co-pilot. We have a book we've written that talks a bit about this and also our premium content |
1:59.1 | oftentimes does a deep dive. But for those of you who are just podcast podcast listeners we wanted to give you at least a little bit of a little bit of context around what this can look like and maybe one or two exercises that will help you move the needle on developing your co-pilot process. |
2:15.0 | So today we've decided to take the intuitive function. |
