Hey, Terry. I'm so excited to have you on the show today. I'm literally giggling to myself in my room right now.

You should see me. I'm like fist pumping. It's so exciting. Well, we are new friends and we share about 100 mutual friends and everyone kind of kept pushing us together and I am so glad that after we had

coffee, we both decided that you had to come on the show. So I'm so excited

for all of my friends to come and meet you today. So tell us a little bit about who you are,

what you do, all of those things. Yeah. I am, you'll hear me say y'all a lot because I am a Texas

girl, born and raised. Love it. But so happy that I have transplanted to the southeast.
