We should just start with that.

Welcome to the Bronx Pinstripe Show.

Scott thinks their win today was bullshit since they were getting no hit

into the 11th inning.

Last episode, Scott, I think we titled it.

The Yankees are still alive, kind of.

And there was some positivity in that episode for the first time in a while, because Jason Dominguez was exciting, and we were excited about not only watching him for the rest of the season, but the prospect of him being the everyday center fielder next year. And even if we were saying it in jest, the Yankees had a very, very slim shot to still make the playoffs.

They were on a little bit of a roll, and the rest of the teams ahead of them were struggling. And we're like, ah, maybe there's a glimmer of hope. Well, since then, what has happened was, well, how happened was the Yankees stopped hitting, once again, lost a bunch of games. Jason Dominguez is out with the torn UCL. In case you needed another

reminder, yes, this is the 2023 Yankees and they are indeed a dumpster fire. So I think we

recorded what Thursday morning? Thursday morning. And Carlos Rodin tried it out there to finish

off the Detroit series in grand fashion, you know, to take that five-game win streak

that the Yankees had that made us feel good because the kid was there, even though he had a

torn UCLA very possibly at that moment, unbeknownst to everybody.

And he, Carlos Rodone put up a complete fat piece of shit start again and and and you know

goes what three and a third i think 19 runs 19 hits the guy has two pitches and and can't do

anything with either one of them.

He's, he's terrible.
