We all set goals for ourselves– at home, work, and in life. But do those goals challenge you? Or are they purposely easy so you don’t end up disappointed? Sometimes, quieting the noise of the world and going within your mind can help you determine your true goals. Colin O’Brady completed the first solo, human-powered crossing of Antarctica, and wrote the book The 12 Hour Walk. He discusses how it’s important to quiet the noise of the world and dive into your mind to determine your goals and get the most out of life.
