detachment from the things of this world, even good things, and especially detachment from ourselves, we can never

reach intimate union with God, which is the beginning of heaven. So what exactly is detachment? And why do we need it?

Our father who art in heaven, hallow would be your name? Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

Give us to stay our daily breadadden, forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass

against us and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil, Amen.
