We should talk about detaching with dignity because I fear that the girls are losing the recipe.

And I'm worried for you guys, okay?

Because what's all this I'm hearing about you lot of sending paragraphs and you are ruminating and you're, you're going back on your

But this feels like an important discussion to have because it's one thing detaching right and it's another thing

doing so with dignity but if you've never been taught to know how to identify what dignity

then it's harder for you to embody it because

you are following the example of what you saw growing up. So for a lot of us, we saw the elder women figures in our lives where that's our moms or aunties

like you know telling men about themselves drive up to his house to fight him pour hot water on his car

or something crazy like that and i think that that was such a thing in the 2000s.

Like, you know, Jasmine Sullivan even has a song lyric where she says, I bust the windows out your car.

After I saw you laying next to her. And I get it, you know, you've got to release your rage.

But I really would love to encourage women to find other ways of processing their anger.

Because releasing all your anger

onto that man whilst it can be cathartic

it just gives him more power

to feel the ego boost

of knowing that he's got you pinini pressed

and you know how I feel about men feeling

empowered enough to know they got you like that?

I hate that shit.
