I just noticed seeing that the conferences and the expositions are starting to ramp up again.

The local here in San Francisco, the local conference that I used to be a part of, which is called

New Living Expo, is scheduled for May. And that's good news for those who are missing out

and on seeing their favorite authors, their favorite conference presenters and speakers,

to get, you know, healing, to get more information on a topic that they may find interesting.

And as a former program director, one of the most interesting and provocative is,

if not fun, topics that was irregular and while attended is dream work.

And when we start talking about dreams for a long time, it was cute, you know,

60s, 1970s and so on. And as we began to look at it a little closer and get a sense of how our

ancestors used dreams, they have become a therapeutic form of wellness now and staying well and

help, you know, analyzing your dreams and so forth. And it's come full circle. And what we have

learned since we began really analyzing our dreams is that not only did our ancestors

covet and developed important dream time, it turns out that a lot of people have used them for

creativity, for healing trauma. And this was something that our ancestors used quite regularly.

Now, we know the native traditions in the United States, and I've spoken to many elders,

not only does a shaman use dreams for prophecy, understanding what's the future,

but they also look at individual situations, person could be ill, a person could be distressed,

or wanting to know knowledge in that shaman would go into a dream or whatever,

or, and this is coming up now more fully, is that individuals were trained how to

use their dream time to get answers to questions and things. So today we're talking about dreams,
