Before we get into this week's episode, I, like a lot of you, have been reading a lot about and listen to people talk about the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis.

And I want to take this moment to just encourage you to support this fight against racism and police brutality.

I, for one, have been ignorant and complacent for too long. What has happened to George Floyd is not an isolated incident.

It's one of far too many and it needs to stop.

You can start by, you can get online, educate yourself if you're white, and take action in many ways.

You can sign petitions, write letters to people in charge, you can donate to organizations, attend a March if you're able to, and it's safe.

There are countless lists online as well that detail all the ways that you can contribute to this cause.

Just by Googling George Floyd, how to help.

You'll be met with so many great opportunities to help enact positive change.

This needs as many of us as possible, so please lend your voice and get involved.
