0:27.5	And sadly Sarah isn't with us this week, because I know we're interviewing one of her favourite cut flower growers, Millie Proust, which I'm delighted to interview because it's one of the few names of people that I can pronounce really well. So I'm going to be saying Millie Proust a lot in this interview. And I've got in front of me her absolutely beautiful, gorgeous book, which is a complete celebration of a wonderful style of growing flowers from seed to bloom.
1:02.8	Welcome Millie to Grow Cook Eat Arrange and I'm really excited to talk about your new book and your life of flowers because I believe actually you
1:13.1	started out in life as an actor. Is that right? Yes, thanks so much for having me, Arthur. I'm so
1:20.2	happy to be here chatting to you. I did start out life as an actor, but I've had many different
1:25.7	jobs because as an actor, often you don't get to do
1:28.8	that full time so that's been one of my roads to hear and I really am just quite new still to
1:35.0	growing flowers I've been growing commercially now for five years but really on the smallest scale
1:40.2	but yeah so very new to it really I, instantly what I sense from you is you are
1:46.6	incredibly creative with how you're growing your flowers. So the photographs in this book are
1:52.8	beautiful and you get a sense of your home and the colours you like straight away, which are,
1:59.3	you know, beautiful toffee palette isn't it pink
2:02.2	amy majors in there on briliphas and then i can see there's a lovely photo view on the introduction
2:07.3	you've got a bucket full of wonderful peony tulips i can see brownie in there and the bellipok
2:13.2	and there's um elements of per chill, Sarah's sort of style as well,
2:18.3	the Hawthorne hedges and the cherry blossom and what looks like a beautiful building.
