And sadly Sarah isn't with us this week, because I know we're interviewing one of her favourite cut flower growers, Millie Proust, which I'm delighted to interview because it's one of the few names of people that I can pronounce really well. So I'm going to be saying Millie Proust a lot in this interview. And I've got in front of me her absolutely beautiful, gorgeous book, which is a complete celebration of a wonderful style of growing flowers from seed to bloom.

started out in life as an actor. Is that right? Yes, thanks so much for having me, Arthur. I'm so

happy to be here chatting to you. I did start out life as an actor, but I've had many different

jobs because as an actor, often you don't get to do

that full time so that's been one of my roads to hear and I really am just quite new still to

growing flowers I've been growing commercially now for five years but really on the smallest scale

but yeah so very new to it really I, instantly what I sense from you is you are

incredibly creative with how you're growing your flowers. So the photographs in this book are

beautiful and you get a sense of your home and the colours you like straight away, which are,

you know, beautiful toffee palette isn't it pink

amy majors in there on briliphas and then i can see there's a lovely photo view on the introduction

you've got a bucket full of wonderful peony tulips i can see brownie in there and the bellipok

and there's um elements of per chill, Sarah's sort of style as well,
