I come to you today during the beginning phase of the Derek Chauvin trial,

and therefore, I wanted to clarify some legal precepts that a lot of people on social media, the internet, even on the

television news, seem to be confusing. It's an intentional confusion because we live in a weird,

bifurcated situation now where there's been a full-on communist takeover of the mainstream media,

on the one hand. They don't do trial by jury.

They do trial by controlled public opinion.

And then on the other hand, where we still have a really rigorous procedural due process at law

that will, I guarantee you, I can almost guarantee you, I should say, will quite easily

facially acquit Derek Chauvin. We're going to talk about all the details as things get rolling.

But so it's a bifurcated system where the news media, you know, which is apparatchiks of the left, on the one kind of stratum,

they're telling people this should be an open and shut case the other way with no facts,

with no, you know, discussion of culpable mens rea, the actus reus, you know,
