Justice Clarence Thomas has taken on, at least in theory, the idea of what we all call big tech.

And he's taken it on in such a way that it gives us hope to believe that under existing law, under existing

legal theory without significant change to the jurisprudence of what we call big tech law,

it can be challenged.

The censorship wing of the modern left can be taken on and altered.

I'm going to read to you some from an article by

Roger Severino, and it's a national review piece. It's good stuff. It's really important,

and it is the way forward. We'll talk about that in a sec. I missed a show on Monday because,

gosh, at the end of the semester, I am both a student and a teacher.

I'm a doctoral student, and I am getting papers together.
