Paper Street coffee in person in Nashville at the Proven camp. Stopped and did there 9 a.m.

Class there on Wednesday. Beautiful facility. Amazing coaches. Everyone was so great there.

If you're ever in Nashville, definitely stopped by CrossFit Proven. I made my way over to Cookville for the Mayhem Classic. Just going to give you

a idea of what I saw on my side of things. So I did attend the athlete briefing on Thursday

where everyone checked in. They kind of gave them the lay of the land. They go through the event

demo. It was still hush, hush about the 5K event at that time. They just basically told the athletes, hey, be back here no later than 10.30, we're busing you to the location. It's then that you will find out what you're gonna do. And they did end up sending the athletes a video at about seven o'clock that evening of the course, which you all saw.

I think on the live, you could see the truck driving up Fyfer Mountain, which pretty much

confirmed that they were going to be ending at Rich Froneon Sr's house. And then once on site the

next morning, all right, hey, appreciate you guys. You can't miss what you're going to be doing. Get over the log. That's one. You're going to do 50 burpees. You're going to enter back on the road, take off up to death. That's it. Don't leave the road again. Okay? If you leave the road, you're going to have a bad time. Cool? The burpees are on the road? The burpees are on grass. I get why Mayhem Media was so hush-hush about this. They had some really great content that they had put together. And once we got to see it all, it made more sense. So there was just that one event for the day. Haley Adams winning for the females, Jeff Adler winning for the men. After that, the athletes got to go rest for the day.

A lot of athletes saying that they were pretty whooped by that event. Mayhem put out some

content that evening of both male and female races as well as a behind the scenes. So that was

really cool to watch.
