There was ultimately a disconnect between House and Senate Democrats.

Yeah, I was at this retreat with House Democrats who were gathered in Leesburg, Virginia, not too far from here. And they were kind of charting the path of how to take back the House, you know, for next year. And there was this sense that like, we are now finally united. We can push back against this idea of like the Democrats are in disarray
