Woo-hoo.

So as we dive into story number one.

Actually, so many Democrats are angry about this that I can only give it a woo.

Can't give it the full woo-hoo.

But to the average American just wants this thing

to be over. I mean, more than 10,000 flights were canceled or substantially delayed yesterday.

And that will continue. So what's going on? Well, eight Democrats, if you include Angus King,

who is an independent, but votes for the Dems,

have bolted cross party lines to bring an end to the shutdown.

They needed to get to the magic number of 60.

Still has to be approved by the full Senate.

Still has to be improved by the House.

And you know how Congress, how quickly Congress moves.

And as many Democrats see it, this is a total caven.
