Let's start with the COVID relief, Shannon. There seems to be, despite, you know, the efforts of at least some talking about it, like Senator Joe Manchin, that there was going to be some bipartisan effort.

Just judging, by the way the votes have gone and how it's shaping up, it seems to be just a party line operation.

They're using a reconciliation method, which essentially means that they don't have to get to the 60-vote threshold that they would have had in the Senate to move things forward.
