But the one in the spring literally kills.

On the Monday of daylight savings time,

hospitals nationwide see a 24% increase in heart attacks.

By Tuesday, that rate has dropped by 21%. So there's still another 3% in heart attacks, but it's like that, you know know it's just losing

losing an hour's sleep basically in fact the according the article the

average american loses about 40 minutes of sleep as a consequence of this

change and the author goes on to note that it takes weeks to recover from this.

We're prone to make more deadly mistakes on the roads.

The researchers estimate that car crashes in the US cost likely

likely 30 extra people their lives over a nine year period from 2002 to 2011.
