Nithia Raman has overtaken Spencer Pratt.

Decision Desk has called the race.

Spencer Pratt has lost.

Despite national name ID celebrity status, he was defeated in late ballot entries by the

unknown local Nithia Raman, which doesn't make much sense.

Now, on election night, Spencer Pratt was enjoying a second place victory.

Nithia Raman actually broke down crying, having lost the race.

Then we saw Steve Hilton at the governor's level taking first place.

But something strange happened.

Decision desk called the race for Javier Becerra, who was in second place. Now, of course,

the state level, with many different cities, you can kind of map out with the remaining

ballots to be counted, which direction they're going to go. So if San Francisco still has a million

ballots uncounted, you can rest assured those are going to be Democrat. It is kind of weird, though.

It's still weird. Well, in L.A., it doesn't quite make sense. See, in Los Angeles, the issue is

it's a single county. I mean, there's different neighborhoods, but you're not going to see the kind of weird

batch drop-offs that you would in a statewide or national election.

And this is where it's becoming increasingly difficult for Democrats to cheat.

And yes, they cheated.

Now, I will say this first and foremost.

The argument I make about cheating is procedural. That is, the Democrats have codified mechanisms by which they can collect ballots

from people who otherwise would not vote. So let me put it like this. The elections are
