A jury in North Dakota has ordered Greenpeace to pay more than $660 million in damages to the company behind the Dakota Access Pipeline over Greenpeace's

role in the indigenous-led protest at Standing Rock.

We'll speak with environmental lawyer Steve Donziger, who monitored the trial.

Then we go from attacks on the right to protest to attacks on press freedom.

These networks and these newspapers are really no different than a highly paid political

operative. And it has to stop. It has to be illegal. As President Trump accuses the press of engaging in illegal activity, we'll speak to New York

Times editor David Enrich, author of the new book Murder the Truth, Fear, the First Amendment,

and a secret campaign to protect the powerful.

Well, the stake isn't just press freedom.

It's the freedom of anyone who has an opinion or wants to speak truth about powerful institutions and individuals

to do so without the fear of being sued into oblivion if you get a fact or too wrong or make an honest mistake.

And we'll talk to an immigration attorney who's representing an LGBTQ Venezuelan asylum seeker,

now being jailed in El Salvador.

She says her client was falsely accused of being a gang member, then flown out of the U.S.

after Trump invoked the Alien Enemies Act of 1798.
