rogue judge.

The judge that we're talking about, he's, you look at his other rulings.

I mean, rulings unrelated.

But having to do with me, he's a lunatic.

The United States is facing a constitutional crisis.

As President Trump escalates his tax on federal judges, the White House suffers new legal setbacks.

On Tuesday, Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts rebuk Trump's to call to impeach judges who rule against the White House.

We'll get the latest.

Then we go to Colorado, where ICE agents have detained a prominent immigrant rights activist,

Jeanette Visgetta.

She was once named Times 100 most influential list.

She was named to that list. She was able to call into supporters

from detention outside. I'm hopeful I'm going to be able to leave here and continue my

fighting for others because inside here there are many injustices.

We'll also look at the Trump administration's efforts to sabotage social security.
