An entitled customer freaks out at Home Depot, demanding 90% off after he claims he had

to wait an hour just to be seen.

Things got so bad that my manager even blamed me and my other coworker for this angry

entitled customer getting upset with us in the first place.

And I've honestly never been happier to quit a job in my life.

Here's what happened.

So this story takes place when I worked at Home Depot.

I was again stationed at checkout when I hear the tapping of a cane on the floor, confused

I turn around and I see this elderly man, our angry customer of the day, walking in and

directly approaches me a bit aggressively before demanding that I find a type of screw that

he needs.

I apologize and tell him that it's not in my department, but I'll call for Darcy from

hardware to help him find it.

He thankfully accepts that and shuffles away to look at the power drills.

While I try to contact Darcy via the store department phone, I call him up and I say

I've got a customer up at checkout who's asking for a type of screw and is asking for

an associate to help him out.

So Darcy says, I'm just finishing my break so it'll take me a minute to get up there.

And so trying to keep this angry customer in the loop, I relay this information to him.

But he just lets out a grumpy sigh, but nods and takes a seat in the open space on one

of the display shelves.

Not even two minutes later after this entitled customer sat down, he starts complaining
