Let's talk about community, John, because you said we listen to our community, we engage with our

0:04.2

community. Can you tell me, how does that actually work on the ground? You know, the weird thing about

0:09.2

community, it's such this weird nebulous term that it's humans for one person to give me one thing,

0:14.8

one the other, and now you got this community you connect with online or a discord or whatever.

0:19.1

How do you actually listen to them? You know, how big are they? How do you do these? Because you're

0:24.6

not doing town hall meetings, I guess. So how do you do it? Well, if you mentioned a couple of

0:30.4

methods already, you know, obviously there are different mechanisms, whether it be a telegram

0:35.2

group channel or discord, you do have physical hackathons where you meet new developers as well.

1:20.4

areas. You have to have good people who are willing to listen and to aggregate the information and then

1:27.1

so the difference is instead of the old marketing funnel, which is you tell them that they love

1:31.6

Coca-Cola and you beat it down in their head so they see it everywhere. You are actually asking

1:36.7

them what they want and having a dialogue. It's not a monologue anymore. It's a dialogue and it's

1:42.0

not a funnel. It's a circle and everyone is talking to everyone else and you're sharing

1:47.9

information back and forth. Steve Jobs famously said, my customers know what they'll want when I tell

1:54.4

them. What do you think about that? Because he made my iPad here. What about that mentality?

2:01.8

Is it flawed? That's not going to happen. That does not, it's not going to work today. That's
