I'm going to give you some advice that most of you will never do, but the few that do,

it's going to benefit your life and you only get it from a compounding perspective.

You can't just start it when you're later like you are started right now.

There is still a role for leadership.

And like you said, at Avalabs, if you can't buy it or partner it, then maybe you go build

it.

In this Web 3.0, it's not about me.

It's how we serve other people.

I know at Avalabs, we've listened to the community like crazy and what they want, we figure

out a path to get.

So it's about serving.

So that in itself sets the tone for how things are done.

We still all human beings and we want to win.

Right.

I think I talked about this earlier, like some of the best teams I was on when I was a kid

or in college, whatever, weren't the ones with the best players.

I got to figure out a way to communicate that, to view that spirit and get people to

at least go for it.

And then each single person at Avalabs, by them being better, makes everyone else better.

It is somewhat self-serving in the end to make everyone else better because that makes

me better.

It's about enjoying what you do.
