We have never had a response like it.

And the response was to my fantastic concept I unveiled the other day,

where we get you to bring us your lockdown dilemmas and we get

newscasters to solve them and we all come together to just make lockdown three a little bit less bad.

And we kicked it all off a few days ago with friend of the podcast,

our business editor Simon Jack.

I have a number of bags of one quarter rice, green lentils, red lentils,

odd bits of pasta in the bottom of bags which I can't throw away and I've got no idea how I can use this

accumulated detritus and I'm not a huge lentil fan but some of my family are.

Well thank you for getting in touch and a lot of you did and one of them was

hide from Edinburgh. Kitchery is an Indian dish that was anglicized as kedchery in Scotland. I think the British version has

peas, rice and fish. But the North Indian

version I know is basically frying onion and some oil and spices,

chili, turmeric, whatever you've got. And then add the rice and lentils and then put water in and cook them together.

It's the simplest and most comforting dish ever and if you absolutely have to be healthy about it,

you can put veg in with the onion.

As I said, this is turning out to be a fantastic idea that I had.

But we do need to hear more of your issues so that we can solve them.
