Two copies of the review form, one for you, one for them.

This is the one with the salary information on it, by the way.

And the reason for that is they may get up and walk around with it.

If they start asking you questions from the review while they're walking around with it,

if you don't have a copy for you, it's going to be awkward.

Okay? Two copies of their self-appraisal, one for you and one for them.

They'll forget it, trust me.
