Well, you know, you're right. We do come back to things because management is boring and repetitive

and it works like a charm, right? Not everything has to be sexy and cute and, you know, too many people who do

management stuff, management theory, management thinkers, management ideas that get printed

and so on.

They want to talk about the overall management of companies

or the theory of management, the ideas behind management.

Very few of us in this business trying to help managers grow and develop.

And I'm not even sure everybody writes a book or trying necessarily to help managers

grow and develop sometimes, but it may only just be us.
