0:10.0	Mama. Talk is baby. Okay, so a few years ago I watched a documentary called Free Solo, which blew my mind and the subject of said documentary Alex Arnold is with us today to talk about many things, a new show, kind of I guess what it's like to be the world's best.

1:09.2	So you're just using your hands and your feet and you're scaling a large cliff, which makes it sound really dramatic, but it's not always as crazy as it might sound.
