Ingram Smith but Elliot back again for another episode the No Cast but as we mentioned

in this we still are just really excited excited to be able to kind of this is the beginning

of the podcast year for us so forever grateful and lucky to be able to do this and last

podcast was one that was a whole lot of fun. Talk about Defeats Vince, Defeats Attackles

going to continue with some of the more enjoyable conversation at least when we look at individual

position groups and we're talking about the secondary and a linebacker conversation

and I'm eager to get into because there's a lot of optimism about that group and hopefully

we'll be able to give our listeners an honest conversation as to how much of that optimism

is warranted what to expect just a fun time of year and it's certainly made better by

the off season that we've gone through and the idea that we really have college football

here sitting us in the face gosh less than two weeks almost ten days away so yay for
