0:07.6	Palm Beach Florida where I was one of the invited speakers at a
0:18.2	rising leaders summit organized by the Global Liberty Institute. I would encourage you to all go and check out the website of the Institute.

0:30.6	It's an organization that was co-founded by Scott Atlas.
0:36.0	Many of you know him from his work
0:40.0	as a national COVID advisor to President Trump and Josh Rao, who is a professor at
0:48.7	Stanford in the business school.
0:52.2	And so they both, or, you know, found in the
0:55.0	Institute and then organized this rising leader summit
1:00.0	which was basically inviting a bunch of younger people.
1:06.7	Not all of them were very young, but I don't know what the demographics were,
1:10.8	but say between 25 to 35 years old, you know, accomplished
1:15.1	well rising leaders to hold a summit and have a bunch of speakers discuss about
1:21.2	various issues related to liberty and freedom and so on.
1:25.0	I gave a talk. I was the first speaker I give a talk on it was titled the
1:32.0	the ontological Truth versus Consequentialist Activism.
1:37.0	And so I was pointing to the fact that there are certain areas where you need to adhere to foundational principles that cannot be violated
1:48.8	and has their deontological and you don't violate them for you know consequentialist reasons which is often the case
1:57.0	when you're an activist you say well I may have to engage in a noble lie as per Plato's Republic because telling that lie is for a good cause
2:06.5	right and so I give a talk and also Josh Rao was one of the speakers, Scott Atlas was one of the speakers,
2:17.0	Glenn Lowry, who is many of you know him, he's a He hosts a show with I think ongoing conversation with John McQuarter.
