I think, completely acceptable expulsion of 23 Russian so-called diplomats from London,

and they have expelled 23 diplomats from Moscow.

They've also, of course, closed the British Council,

or they're threatening to close the British Council,

which, you know, I mean, our diplomats aren't responsible

for anything untoward in Moscow,

but the British Council, which is about cultural understanding
