Welcome to the high and low podcast.

Today we're going to pick back up with the Micah Miller case, and this is part two of three so far,

because things keep coming out and keep developing in her case.

So this part two is going to pick up with answers to questions we had in part one, affidavits from her sister, Sierra, and her brother, as well as a brand new affidavit recently filed by Ali or Allison, J.P.'s first wife.

Then part three, we'll cover the 911 call statements from Micah's father, updated statements from the fishermen

who found Micah's belongings, and what he says, the kayaker who found her body said to him.

And part three will also cover J.P.'s lawyer, as well as information on a church elder.

Again, trigger warning for this content on Micah Miller, there will be talk about

all kinds of different forms of abuse. There will be talk about suicide. So be prepared that that

is going to be a constant throughout this podcast. And as upsetting as it is to read some of these

things and to listen to her sister and her brother and read their

affidavits, I have to remind myself that this is what someone lived, that this was Michael

Miller's world. She didn't get to just go read this and then go back to a peaceful situation

like I'm going to be able to do or many of us will be able to do. This was the entirety of her

existence for a very long time. And so I have the utmost empathy for her family in trying to get

justice for her, knowing what she was telling them, the police reports. We're going to go through

a lot of different things. We have a lot of

new information. In the original pod I did about this, there were some gaps in the timeline that have

now been filled with new information. For example, her sister and her brother both wrote an affidavit

that they submitted on May 2nd. And their affidavits kind of fill in the blanks on some of these areas.

So Micah goes into a facility in February, but also other things are happening in February.
