New York federal judge Lewis J. Lyman told both sides in an order late Monday this week to prepare for a

March 9th, 2026 trial. He also moved an initial conference from mid-February to next week. He told

their lawyers to be prepared to address complaints about pre-trial

publicity and attorney conduct. Now, in addition to that going on, she, her team, has also asked

for an order to depose Jed Wallace, Jed from Texas. They're accusing, as they did in their

complaint and the New York Times article, that Jed Wallace and his team, which is street relations, are responsible for turning the public against her by seating through bots and fake personas, whatever you want to think of it in your mind on Reddit, social media, etc.

So the judge is going to take her lawsuit against Justin and Justin's lawsuit

against her and Ryan and her BR person. He's going to take both of those, combine them, and that's

what the trial will be about, the whole shebang. Clear my schedule. There are so many unanswered

questions. So when it comes to sexual harassment, until this goes to trial, I'm leaving that

as a gray area of we can have our

opinions, but we do not know. I need to hear from other people on the set. However, when it comes

the topic of she tried to take my movie, that's a different ballgame in my opinion. In his filings,

there is a ton of information that seems to back up the fact that she overstep the boundaries of what you would expect of somebody who was hired to act in a movie.

Even for somebody who's getting a producer credit simply for being a big name and being a draw.

The main message from his team is the ultimate goal for her was to take over this movie and these false
