Summary

Deena is an all time favorite over here on I’ll Have Another Podcast and I was excited to have the opportunity for a quick interview with her live at the Abbott Health & Fitness Expo during this incredible weekend in Chicago!

Deena has held a multitude of American Records over the years but one that we never stop talking about is that American Record in the marathon that she held for 19 years! She is also an Olympic Bronze medalist in the marathon from Athens in 2004.

A few years ago she wrote the book “Let Your Mind Run” and that book really changed the way we all thought about how we can use our minds to be strong athletes.

I know you’re all gonna take something special from this conversation! Enjoy! Best of luck if you are running Chicago this weekend!!!
