Let me give you a little background on this first one and I'm going to pick up your phone

calls here with this train wreck we saw or maybe it wasn't a train wreck.

Maybe what it was was, you know, just a really visible manifestation of what's real right

now.

We have a racist president calling out to racially based, racially motivated terrorists

in the United States to disrupt our elections.

There's no other way to say it.

And on top of that, we had a so-called debate in which very little debating went on.

Instead, it was just yelling and tantruming.

I mean, the Lincoln Project has an ad out with pictures of Trump doing what he was doing

and the sound of a baby crying over it.

I mean, this is, we know he has the emotional maturity of a seven-year-old, but even to

talk like that, diminishes how serious this is.

This is the problem that Germany had in the early 30s when everybody was making fun of

Adolf Hitler because he was that funny guy with a mustache.

He was always doing the Mussolini salute.

What's with that?

And nobody took him seriously.

Take this guy seriously.

So anyhow, the Commission on Presidential Debates issued a statement, the saying, and I quote,

last night's debate made clear that additional structure should be added to the format of

the remaining debates to ensure a more orderly discussion of the issues.
