| 1:59.0 | Give us the big picture elevator pitch on spiritual minimalism. There's seven principles, but before we get in those seven principles, what's the elevator pitch and how can it make people's lives better? |
| 2:12.0 | The way we're doing minimalism is backwards, a lot of people are getting rid of stuff, maybe they read a book about minimalism or something, they say, I've got to get rid of all the things in my closet and I've got to go clean out the garage and they're thinking that if they get rid of everything externally that they're going to bring more peace internally. |

| 2:48.0 | And maybe it includes cleaning out the garage, maybe not, maybe it includes finally letting go of this toxic relationship you may be in or a soul sucking job you may be holding onto or an outdated belief system. |
| 3:01.0 | And so if you can have the most zen like external space, but if you're still holding onto an old outdated irrelevant relationship, then you're always going to be carrying that around with you, that clutter, that baggage and you're not going to really fill the peace that you think you're going to get from cleaning out the closet. |
| 3:17.0 | What are some other examples of clutter in our life that get in the way of us having inter happiness and peace? |
| 3:26.0 | Mostly trauma, you know, and what people would call stress, you know, so we experience stress on a daily basis and it can come through a variety of different ways, just maladapting to changes that you're experiencing, being under certain pressures, experiencing certain demands, overreacting, and so over time, you start to get rid of the pain. |
