How does that make you feel? Do you feel relieved, at peace, happy? Or, do you feel sad, doubtful, regretful? If you can't decipher how you feel, you could also try to picture your life 1 year (or however long) after making your ‘no’ decision. Do you imagine yourself better off, or not? I thought Kat with her background as a therapist might also have some advice!”
