Here we are, our three of this Monday Night Edition of TBTL.

It's the greatest and funniest and most heartbreaking moments of TBTL as voted on by you, the listeners.

So we are now at number three, the third funniest event in TBTL history as voted on by you guys.

And it is, Jen, when you decided to play the breaking news.

Right, it needs a little bit of explanation. Earlier in the show we had been discussing this amazing thing that happened,

which is we arrived at work and someone had put crock shoes over the wire, the telephone wire inside of our window.

So we had been talking about it and talking about how we didn't know who did it and it was this big mystery.

Well, two hours later I received what I thought was some pretty crucial information about this mystery and proceeded to scare the hell out of you.

Yeah, well the other thing that should be said is we used to have a fellow that we worked with who really loved to use the breaking news sounder on us.

And it pissed me off to no end.

And so I had developed a Pavlovian freak out tendency when I hear that sound.

And so the fact that you activated it, well, just listen.

Awesome, not awesome. It's a little trip through the news of the day and the week possibly.

And when something is awesome, at least in our estimation, awesome, we have Sean activate this sound effect.

And when it's the opposite of that, which we define as not awesome, Sean plays this other thing.

And the first item on the list, I want to put in the awesome camp.

And that is this new band that I have been breaking news from a Cairo 24 hour news center.

It's actually from me. I just got an instant message from somebody named Alexander that says I did not put the shoes there, but I made them.

What? I'm so sorry I got so excited that I said Sean hit the breaking news sounder.

And it was only after I did it that I thought am I allowed to do this? I don't know.
