New details emerge in a 24-year-old murder case that has gone cold until this year. Back in 2002, Frank Weiss from Plano, Texas, was found dead near Lake Louisville. Last month, 55-year-old Lisa Hanran was arrested for his murder. She was his wife at the time of his death. Court documents say Weiss was shot with a 38-caliber firearm and his body was found wrapped in plastic bags, tied up with rope and waded down with sandbags, duct taped to his legs. They went on to say that Weiss and Hanran went to dinner two days before his body was found and it was the last time he was seen alive. Detectives learned that Weiss had asked for an annonement and Honored signed it. In the days after his disappearance, Detective Seyhanred told Wysa's daughter,

he had gone to Cancun but didn't want to be bothered. Investigators say the case was finally cracked thanks to new information from a key witness alongside advances in technology
