Nashville police have arrested Michael Mosely, the suspect in the fatal stabbings of Clayton Beathard and Paul Trapeni III, who were killed outside a Nashville bar on December 21st. Clayton Beathard was the younger brother of San Francisco 49ers quarterback, C.J. Beathard.In New York, Asun Thomas has been charged with the murder of Luz Perez. Perez, a mother of five was beaten and strangled to death in her Bronx apartment in October. Her two young children were left alone with her body for more than twenty four hours. Thomas has a previous conviction for manslaughter.Finally, an 85-year-old Washington state woman has been charged with premeditated murder and first degree assault, after attacking her two roommates, killing one and seriously injuring the other. The roommates, two sisters in their thirties, had recently moved into a house that was once owned by the suspect, but had since been foreclosed on by the bank. The victims were renting the place from the new owners on a rent-to-own plan, and had let the suspect stay with them until she could find a new place to live.
