Coming up on Sword and Scale Daily, a Texas teen is charged with capital murder after allegedly

murdering his eight-month pregnant sister and staging the death to seem like a suicide.

In New Mexico, a teen pleaded guilty to second-degree murder for fatally shooting a 25-year-old

man during an attempted robbery and was sentenced to a mere 30 days in jail.

Finally, an Ohio woman is facing multiple charges after December 9th Des Moines Area

crime spree.

Over the course of the day, the suspect allegedly intentionally hit a 14-year-old girl with

her vehicle, attempted to run over a 12-year-old boy, and finally accosted a convenient

sword clerk and his customers.

Investigators say the suspect told them she ran over the girl because she was, quote,

Mexican.

CBS Dallas reported that police in the colony Texas have arrested 19-year-old Eduardo

Aravalo and charged him with capital murder and tampering with evidence for allegedly

murdering his 23-year-old sister, Veridiana Aravalo, on Monday to December 16th.

Veridiana Aravalo was eight months pregnant when she was killed.

Veridiana was reported missing by her boyfriend on December 17th after she fell to return

home after a visit to her family's house.

She had a past history of depression and the discovery of a, quote, suicide note and
