1:42.1	Well, there is sort of a backstory to it. Most immediately I
1:46.6	would have to say this. The decline in fall of sacred scripture could almost
1:52.1	be a fine pointing to something that seems to be more
1:55.9	recent and more present to us and that is the decline and fall of the Holy
2:01.1	Eucharist and safe in the Christ's real presence.
2:05.0	And so without saying it in so many words, I would propose that if we want to get ahead of this,
2:12.0	we've got to also get behind it and that is what has caused this massive erosion in Eucharistic faith is a prior erosion in scriptural faith.
