So we're going to get right into it.

There's a couple of stories that I want to get into in this first segment.

Right off the bat, you know, one of the things that we do here at America Out Loud talk radio,

and particularly on Unleash the political news hours, we try to debunk, you know, the baseless stories that are out there that are damaging, you know, to our country.

And one of the things that has been out there, this story that has been going around, and I hate to say it, but it has been making the

rounds on the conservative side, not just on the left, is this fake news story that Israel drew us

into the war against Iran. Where all this stemmed from, was it stemmed from a comment that was made

very early on by

uh by secretary of state marco rubio uh where he was you know basically doing an interview and

it was one of those interviews where they were you know catching him in the hallway kind of a thing

and and he was basically commenting on how, look, you know, Israel was going, you know, to

unilaterally make their own decision to, you know, go after Iran because of the nuclear

weapons. And they were reconstituting their program after we, you know,

drop bombs on them with Operation Midnight Hammer. And the U.S. made an assessment that they didn't

want there to be a chance that, you know, that things would erupt and they wanted to make sure

that it was going to be a successful defeat

of the Iranian regime. And so people thought, oh, you know, hey, that's, you know, this is Israel
