You know, this case of Debbie Collier has been baffling really since the beginning.

And at one point, I think we all felt that we had it figured out.

You know, and like a lot of these cases, when they seem simple, they make a turn and they become not so simple.

You know, and I always learned as a homicide investigator, as a homicide boss, was that you treat any

death investigation as a homicide case until circumstances, evidence, details indicate otherwise.

So we all know that there is four ways that death can be presented to the investigator.

It's homicide, suicide, natural, and accidental.

Now, this case was too bizarre. It's definitely not natural.

We can rule that out, right? We can rule out accidental. It's not, it doesn't present itself as an accident.

And pretty much right away, the police, the Habersham County police said, in their exact words, they said that this case was deliberate and personal so indicating

that whoever did this did it deliberately and it was a personal type murder they indicated it
